With regard to passengers under the age of 21
The consumption of alcohol in the vehicle is unlawful and no alcohol
can be transported in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. If,
during the course of the event, a minor is found to be in possession of,
or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, that person will be returned
to the origin of the event and no refund will be given.
